Privacy policy

This policy explains how Arkan DN LLC, operating the store Joker & Jade at jokerjademahjong.com (the "Site"), collects, uses and protects your personal information. It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, and the content of your messages to our support team.

Retention and security

We keep order records as long as tax and accounting law requires, and support messages for up to 3 years. Data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure (HTTPS everywhere on the Site).

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
