Shipping policy
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum, to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C.
Timing
- Order cut-off: 2:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on weekends and US holidays, count from the next business day.
- Processing: 1 to 7 business days to prepare and ship your order (most in-stock designs ship well before day 7).
- Transit: 7 to 12 business days once shipped.
- Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii can take a few extra days.
Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the package ships, and you can follow it door to door.
Costs, duties and taxes
Shipping is free, and any import duties are already paid by us: you will never be asked to pay anything at delivery. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.
If something is missing
If your order ships in more than one package, or an item is missing when the box arrives, email support@jokerjademahjong.com: we send the missing piece at our expense, or refund it if you prefer. You never pay extra shipping for a split order.
Late or lost packages
If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, or delivery takes longer than the timeframe above, contact us. We investigate with the carrier and, within 5 business days, reship or refund your order in full. Details in our Return Policy.
Wrong address
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering: if the package has not shipped, we correct the address free of charge. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we reship it to a corrected address or refund the order.
