1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of jokerjademahjong.com (the "Site"), operated by Arkan DN LLC under the brand Joker & Jade. By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products and pricing
We do our best to display our products and prices accurately. All prices are in US dollars. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before shipping. Product photos are as faithful as possible; minor variations in color can occur between screens.
3. Orders
An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error, or unavailability; in every such case you are refunded in full. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, photographs, logos and design, belongs to Arkan DN LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful use, no attempts to breach its security, no scraping at a scale that disrupts the service, and no false orders.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkan DN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not allow us to limit, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the Site for conduct that violates these terms. Sections that by their nature survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in force.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date, and material changes are announced on the Site before they take effect. Orders are governed by the terms in force on the day of the order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your state of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of New Mexico, unless consumer law gives you the right to your local courts.
10. Severability
If one clause of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
